ZoDi Design is een design studio voor exterieur en interieur projecten in de unieke stijl.
We werken over de hele wereld en in verschilende stijlen zover modern en klassiek van wensen onze klanten. Elk project is uniek voor onze.

Tot ver over de landsgrenzen heen verzorgt ZoDi team unieke totaalprojecten.

Een bestaand gebouw renoveren of nieuwe architectuur creëren in een moderne, minimalistische of zelfs rustieke/landelijke stijl is wat we doen.

Geen koele kamers en harde kleuren, maar een sfeervolle, warme en tijdloze inrichting die perfect harmonieert met de architectuur van een huis en de smaak van de bewoners. Een inrichting die ook een leven lang mee evolueert met de bewoners. Voor ons moet een interieur de bewoners dienen, zonder dat ze er slaaf van worden. Het moet zich aanpassen aan hun gemoedstoestand: de ene keer licht en open, een andere keer warm en geborgen.

Bij ZoDi Design kunt u terecht voor persoonlijk woonadvies, zowel binnen- als buitenshuis. Dit advies toveren we vervolgens om tot een stijlvol en uitnodigend nest met een ziel, waar het gezellig vertoeven is, waar u dingen wilt aanraken en waar licht, geur en warmte zich aanpassen aan uw manier van leven.

Industrial loft 320 m2

Sint-Martens-Latem, Belgium

Totaal interieur inrichting van een woning in Sint-Martens-Latem.
De sobere, smaakvolle façade van deze woning in Sint-Martens-Latem doet niet vermoeden welke volumes zich erachter verschuilen. De materiaalkeuze zorgt, net zoals bij de meeste van onz projecten, voor een subtiel evenwichtsspel tussen eenvoud en rijkdom.

ZoDi Design transformerd dit loft, gelegen in Sint-Martens-Latem. Om te voorkomen dat het loft te monotoon zou worden, creëerde ZoDi Design verschillende sferen binnen de ruimtes die allemaal verenigd zijn door het gebruik van zachte kleuren op de muren en stoffen.

Bovendien, objects-de-curiosité creëren een unieke vertoon samen met antieken en kunstwerken van de eigen collectie van de klanten.

Dit project is gebaseerd op veel details zoals texturen en patinas die elkaar complimenteren. Dit, inclusief de meubels die met de hand gepatineerd en verouderd werden door de atelier van ZoDidesign, creëerde een atmosfeer die absoluut uniek is.

Restaurant is, first of all, atmosphere. And interior design is one of its most important elements. It remains in the guest’s memory, on level with cuisine and service. The interior should evoke emotions and impressions, a desire to discuss. It plays one of the main roles in whether you return to the restaurant again, or tell about it. Our task was to create the interior of a gastronomic studio where haute cuisine and luxurious design merge together, combines taste and serving of dishes, interior, play of light, textures and accents.

In the rapidly changing world, the emphasis on success, comfortable and quality rest plays a crucial role. Owners of hotels with progressive attitude on the hospitality industry understand the advantages of providing quality additional options, especially in the rhythm of life of a metropolis.

We designed the hotel’s interior, which allowed us to integrate the gastronomic space into the overall design concept absolutely organically.

And interior design is one of its most important elements. It remains in the guest’s memory, on level with cuisine and service. The interior should evoke emotions and impressions, a desire to discuss. It plays one of the main roles in whether you return to the hotel again, or tell about it. Our task was to create the interior of a hotel where timless and natural design merge together, combines taste , interior, play of light, textures and accents.

The hidden architecture allows the owners to stay away from prying eyes. Innovative materials are beautiful and laconic. The main material is the water-resistant pearl polished marble and hexagonal white ceramic tiles with a scale-like pattern, however, the most attractive feature is the metal masonry made of hand-crafted, hammered and brushed copper. Curved glass panels are responsible for the plasticity, and they are erected without any external pillars.

The architecture is organically combined with the rich tropical nature.
Haute craftsmanship captures in the concept of time the monumentality, graphic shapes and delicate, elegant proportions. We are glad to present our new design project – a commercial interior consisting of a hall, showroom areas, and offices, designed specifically for a "Domiconfort". The concept of design for Domiconfort is based on ZoDi aesthetics, business interior design canons and the most recent trends. Safety, comfort and refined look are three pillars that have eventually become the basic principles of both exterior and interior design. It is worth saying that a project receives greater value if the architectural style is gracefully represented in the interior design. The concept of discreet luxury, aristocratic solemnity, laconic shades, expressive materials, beauty and durability of natural stone has found its unique interpretation in our design. We always listen to our client and adapt the unique interior to the location's peculiarities. Every person has an ideal place in mind where they can achieve new goals, and a comfortable personalized interior will only contribute to their realization. The interior design process is quite similar to the creation of an art piece, as it serves as a reflection of a unique underlying idea. Every little detail matters. Along with the aesthetic visual component, the priority task of any design project is functionality. This interior is not overloaded with decorative elements, since the priority of public spaces will always be free traffic and comfortable accommodation.

Met genoegen presenteren wij ons nieuwe designproject – een commercieel interieur bestaande uit een hal, showroomruimtes en kantoren, speciaal ontworpen voor een "Domiconfort". Het ontwerpconcept voor Domiconfort is gebaseerd op ZoDi-esthetiek, canons voor zakelijk interieurontwerp en de meest recente trends. Veiligheid, comfort en verfijnde uitstraling zijn drie pijlers die uiteindelijk de basisprincipes zijn geworden van zowel exterieur- als interieurdesign. Het is de moeite waard om te zeggen dat een project meer waarde krijgt als de bouwstijl sierlijk wordt weergegeven in het interieurontwerp. Het concept van discrete luxe, aristocratische plechtigheid, laconieke tinten, expressieve materialen, schoonheid en duurzaamheid van natuursteen heeft zijn unieke interpretatie gevonden in ons ontwerp. We luisteren altijd naar onze opdrachtgever en stemmen het unieke interieur af op de eigenaardigheden van de locatie. Iedereen heeft een ideale plek voor ogen waar ze nieuwe doelen kunnen bereiken, en een comfortabel persoonlijk interieur zal alleen maar bijdragen aan hun realisatie. Het interieurontwerpproces lijkt veel op het creëren van een kunstwerk, omdat het dient als een weerspiegeling van een uniek onderliggend idee. Elk klein detail is belangrijk. Naast de esthetische visuele component, is functionaliteit de belangrijkste taak van elk ontwerpproject. Dit interieur is niet overladen met decoratieve elementen, aangezien de prioriteit van openbare ruimtes altijd vrij verkeer en comfortabele accommodatie zal zijn.
